The smart care twin standard system includes a manual pump sprayer and comes in 10 inch 15 inch or 20 inch cleaning widths. Our smart care system is based on low moisture encapsulation technology. The tried and true smart care twin systems are economical lighweight and versatile low moisture encapsulation systems. Whittaker brushes start with an injection molded polypropylene core for true dimensional stability and balance as well as strength.

Over 25 years ago our founder dick whittaker pioneered the development of the low moisture encapsulation carpet cleaning method as a revolutionary alternative to the disruptive inefficient expensive and sticky residue cleaning systems commonly used to clean commercial carpet. The bristles are also made of 100 polypropylene which unlike nylon will not soften when exposed to moisture. Some systems include brushes dimpled rollers spotting tools or manual sprayers depending upon the model. Our latest advancements include an exclusive three brush machine.
